Domestic Shipping

  • Shipping Methods & Delivery Times: We offer standard shipping for all domestic orders, with an estimated delivery time of 3-5 business days. For those who need their items sooner, express shipping options are available at an additional cost, delivering your items in 1-2 business days.
  • Order Processing Times: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the order date. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be processed the following business day.

International Shipping

  • Availability & Delivery Times: BERUZU is proud to serve customers around the globe. International shipping times vary by destination, typically ranging from 5-15 business days. Please note, delivery times are estimates and do not account for delays caused by customs clearance processes.
  • Costs & Customs: Shipping costs for international orders are calculated based on the destination and the weight of your order. Please be aware that orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs duties and taxes applicable in your country. These additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your order's progress directly on the carrier's website.

Shipping Restrictions

  • Currently, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, and certain countries due to shipping restrictions. For a full list of excluded countries, please visit our FAQ section.

Shipping Carriers

  • We partner with major carriers to ensure your items arrive safely and efficiently. Depending on your location and chosen shipping method, your order may be shipped via FedEx, UPS, DHL, or another reputable carrier.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Introduction

At BERUZU, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with an item, we are here to help facilitate a return or exchange. Below you will find our policy and the steps needed to initiate a return or exchange.

Return Period

  • You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s) for a refund or exchange. Please note that the item must be returned in its original condition to qualify.

Condition of Returns

  • Items must be returned unused, unworn, and in their original packaging, including any boxes, bags, and other packaging materials. Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a return or exchange.

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service at care@beruzu.com to initiate your return. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Receive Return Instructions: Our customer service team will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return your item, including the return shipping address.
  3. Pack Your Item: Securely pack your item in the original package, if possible.
  4. Send It Back: Ship the item back to us using the instructions provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item and it is inspected and approved, your refund will be processed. Refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or another item, please follow the return process mentioned above. In your communication with customer service, specify the exchange item and size you desire. Exchange items are subject to availability.

Faulty Items

  • If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty upon arrival, please contact us immediately at care@beruzu.com. We will prioritize the resolution of such issues, offering a replacement or refund where necessary.

Restocking Fees

  • We do not charge restocking fees. However, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the incorrect item was sent.
